River Beach Cottages, located on a picturesque bay at Cottage Point, is only a 40 minute drive north from the Sydney CBD. Simply drive straight to the property, no ferry trip necessary. There is parking at the top of the property for 2 cars and there around 50 stairs with a handrail down to the cottages.

Nestled within the Ku-Ring-Gai National Park, these 2 cottages were built in 1916 and have been recently renovated. Both are positioned right on the waters edge and offer spectacular views across a secluded inlet. Tidal sand flats directly in front offer easy water access. These are the only cottages in Cottage Point with a private tidal beach.

Furnished in period style, they are fully equipped and include all bed linen, kitchen needs, and modern comforts for an unforgettable holiday escape. Included are a TV ( poor reception but there are videos provided ), VCR, and beat box, fans, heaters and a washing machine. Both come with a 2 man sea kayak for exploring the secluded bays and a row boat for fishing.

The Cottage Point Kiosk is located less than 200m away it has provisions, bait, power boat hire, alcohol, and great meals prepared by the resident chef. It is just a short walk from here to the renowned Cottage Point Inn for more upmarket dining.
